Customer Care Coordinator 
Exeter 
Salary: Up to £30,000
Permanent

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for customers who have recently purchased a new build home from the developer. You will support the department in delivering a high-quality, professional service focused on achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within the Customer Care team.
• Chase subcontractors regarding outstanding defects on a weekly basis.
• Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that property defects are logged promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date records of calls to all new homeowners, reporting any issues immediately to the Sales, Construction, Customer Care teams.
• Provide additional ad hoc administrative and departmental support as required.

Requirements 

• Previous experience within the house-building sector in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An approachable, calm, and professional demeanour.
• Competent user of Microsoft Outlook.
